Dessert Review is done at the beginning of the end-of-the year review to get students excited about finishing up the year in Earth or Environmental science with a positive energy.
Students create 10 questions and a topic-related treat such as weather station symbol cupcakes or rock cookies that look like various rock types and go from station to station answering a minimum number of questions to receive a treat.
This is totally student-driven and never requires twisting the arms of students to accommplish.
